It isn't that I've been writing. I got this to this point a while ago.

The core story is that of No Fair Fights, about a soldier in Iraq who was Chosen when Sunnydale fell. I've had that idea forever, and have the vaguely fleshed-out bones in Google Docs, with all the Iraq stuff in flashback because I'm not nearly experienced enough to do it well ( Read more... )

I am not a fan of second-person narratives. As the movie shows, the brilliance of Bright Lights, Big City was the story, not that it happened to "you". (It also provides a nice Michael J. Fox - Kiefer Sutherland bridge when playing Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon or the Movie Game, if memory serves ( Read more... )
